So you impressed your date on date 1 and got to know them on date 2 and you are on to date 3. Not to put any pressure on the situation but statistically speaking 3 out of 5 Americans say that they waited until the 3rd date to have “relations”.
This date is not going to consist of any activities to get hot and sweaty. You are going to go to a nicer restaurant (within budget) and avoid large amounts of garlic and onion!

Entertainment
- Breakout Lawrence – This is a great place to go and get the mind going. You will be pushed to the limit on solving puzzles. The disadvantage is that this may be more fun with more people. There will also be less talking about each other and more talking about the game. You will still be learning things about each other though.
- VR Lawrence – This is something new to Lawrence. They are family owned and opened in December 2021. This is a virtual reality arcade for kids and kids at heart. In here there are rooms to rent and stations to rent. Here you will be able to rent stations and headsets to play games in virtual reality.
Food – Below are some more pricy options. These may not fit all budgets.
- 715 - Italian Bistro - Just look at the food. It is top notch. Entries start at $24 but can go up to $77 and that is with nothing else. This may be something you plan out and look at closely before suggesting it. The food is worth it.
- Mass Street Fish House – To be honest I have not eaten here. It is pricey and I am not the biggest fan of seafood. I have heard many good things about it though so have to spotlight it. If your date likes seafood check this place out.
- 6 Mile Chop House – This is an amazing restaurant. I have been here only once due to the price. They are super good though. Please note steaks are sold as is with 1 side and a salad. If you want another side or a different sauce, they will be extra. Please make a reservation and don’t just wing it.
Drinks
- All of the above locations have great bars so you don’t need to go anywhere else to get drinks if you desire. If you do plan to go back to one another’s places you could pick up some drinks from a liquor store like Cork & Barrell and drink while watching a move. Plan a boardgame or movie night if your evening doesn’t go as the 3 out of 5 Americans plan
Please make sure your house is cleaned up including your room. No undergarments on the floor (yet) and your bed made.
