Cascada la Golondrina is one of my go-to restaurants here in Lawrence. They are my favorite Mexican restaurant. They are located in east Lawrence.

The restaurant is operated by Gilberto Raymundo and Miguel Raymundo, with me Hector Juarez as the administrator.
The name and food are inspired in traditional Mexican cuisine and some more specifically from where the namesake of the restaurant originated from, Guerrero Mexico. Both Miguel and Gilberto are from there (Guerrero) Hector Juarez is from El Paso TX. They have been working on the restaurant business for several years now and Hector has been involved with them since the start back in 2016 when they opened Charritos Plaza 2.

Cascada la Golondrina has a 4.4 star rating on Google and every other site has them rated higher. Every time you go in the staff is waiting to greet you and I have never had bad service or food. You should watch their Facebook page for great specials. You get FREE cheese dip every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday to go along with your chips and Salsa.
Personally I get the Super Chimichanga with Steak.
Check them out you will not regret it.
