Matties Rolln Wok is a small family owned business here in Lawrence. The owners are Brian and Marilyn Lane who moved to Lawrence about 10 years ago and love the community. Brian is a GM at Ms. E’s dining hall at the University of Kansas and has always had a dream of owning a food truck. Recently that dream has become a reality. The name of Mattie’s originated from his mother who passed away 2 years ago from cancer.
Many of the recipes that are used on the truck comes from Mattie.
